Why not merging permissioned items with "owner" items?
Another feature request: why not merging permissioned items with “owner” items? You may add a new column in the project or iterations tables with an icon or text indicating if it’s a permissioned item or not, right? Having to click between the two project tabs or iterations tabs is a little annoying when we have only a few projects available.

Oh, just wanted to add that I won’t be making big changes to the style, but will be minor tweaks here and there to the interface

Very true :)
After I released the new look and feel, I did sit back and thought about how to improve the experience for users of xp-dev.com even further.
The interface has come a long way but I think it can be better and your point was one of the things that I’ve listed down.
Will put an update on the blog once its out.
