Change Log message after commiting
When i try to change the log message of previous revision getting an error message.
Error message:
DAV request failed; it’s possible that the repository’s pre-revprop-change hook either failed or is non-existent

Go to your project’s Repository tab, and then click on Edit Repository and ensure that the option Allow Revision Property Changes is turned on. You need to be the project owner to do this.
