Automatic email notification on new bugs

The email notificaton with highlighted diffs for svn commits is very nice. Is it possible to setup similar notification to project members when new bugs are submitted? If this feature already exists, where do I configure it?

That’s it. That will send emails for all project’s you’re permissioned on.
If you set it to ‘Interested’, it will only send you emails if you’re assigned to a bug.
You do not have sufficient permissions to comment

I think I found the configuration options:
Account --> Change Your E-Mail Notification Settings --> set desired options to "All"
