"Private" Blogs

With Wiki pages and forums you can select whether you want them to be public or not.

With Blogs it seems that all that’s published is also public i.e. viewable without login.

Is that so?

I’d like that a blog is only visible to logged in users.

I’ll need to get back to you. There might be a way to do what you want with the current site

Darn it. There’s no easy way to do that at the moment. Basically, you can get a list of blogs published/unpublished under the “Blog” tab of the project home page, but until the blog is marked published you won’t see the entry on the “Blog Home” page.

I do recall deciding that blog entries are binary – they’re published or unpublished regardless of how the project permissioning is setup.

I’m adding some advanced permissioning on the projects so to make it easier for project owners/developers to collaborate and interact with their end users. Will add this as well, as I can see the benefits of it.
