I kept notes on a long phone conversation in a (new) wiki page. I submitted the changes. My session had timed out, so the “login” page came up. I logged in. I got a blank “new wiki page” form. My changes are gone (for whatever reason, the browser history doesn’t preserve them, either). Needless to say, that’s not ideal.

There are probably lots of other forms on the site with similar behavior after a login timeout.

Even better than fixing the session timeout issue would be a javascript “auto save” for forms with lots of content.

Incidentally, the option to “remember me” doesn’t work – sessions still time out.
