Small release to fix the following bugs:

• Fix the delete image on Subversion repository permissions table
• Added a link to the wiki page Direct-File-Hosting next to the enabling box
• Rolled back Jetty for internationalisation fix
  I upgraded Jetty to fix an SSL issue on Firefox and the new version did not render UTF-8 pages correctly. Will be filing a bug with them. In the mean time, if you’re using Firefox and need to login using SSL to XP-Dev.com you’ll need to hit Escape ESC on the first click and re-click the SSL login link.
• If your username has an underscore you wouldn’t be able to create new Subversion repositories
• If your repository had upper case characters, it won’t be served under Direct File Hosting by Nginx. Nginx seems to only like lower case virtual host directories
