We’ve just released a new feature for all your Trac projects: Email integration with Trac tickets

This feature is now available on all Trac projects, but disabled by default. To enable it, all you have to do is head to your project’s Trac tab and enable it by selecting the option Incoming E-Mail Processing Enabled. You’ll need to ensure that your email address specified in your Trac project (from your Trac project’s Preferences link) is the same as the email address you use.

If you do have email notifications enabled for your Trac project, you should be able to reply to the notification email, and it will get posted as a comment on your ticket.
