4 - In certain areas such as medicine, the accuracy to be prescribed a medication or diagnose a patient may end up costing the life of an individual is not the correct way to resolve the issue. For areas such as Software Engineering, the cost can be related to a framework used in the development, which can present a security risk, as well as technology used, cost, among others. To decide how to realize, apply or what to use in certain situations, there is a methodology known as a paradigm Based on Evidence BE. The BE paradigm applies the concept of aggregation of empirical evidence, that seeks the best study (solution, technical, technology, intervention) in a particular research question. The BE paradigm and commonly used in medicine, and due to its successful application came to be adopted by many other fields such as software engineering in recent years. To adopt BE practices, to answer a research question, the most popular means of study is the Systematic Literature Review, which consists of selecting a large number of studies in order to compare them and analyze them deeply, to then obtain the best evidence available, but this is a rigorous work and tiring, error-prone. So this work deals with the development of a support tool in making secondary studies, such as Systematic Review of Literature and especially in conducting mappings Systematic, which aims to categorize the results in graphical form where thus may have an overview of an area, and then direct a revision to the most appropriate evidence. The main focus of development and evaluation of the means by which primary studies that make up a secondary study will be selected, since this is the phase that demand more time and effort in conducting a secondary study and that can be fully or partially automated, besides creation of visualization means to the data obtained in these studies.

5 + %In this work, we deal with refactoring and expansion of resources available in tool Ramani, a program that aims to assist the creation and implementation of secondary studies, focusing on Mappings Systematic. Among the functions that have been refactored this work stands out the extraction and selection of articles, which are the two most important modules of the tool. Current techniques and frameworks were applied to enhance the performance and facilitate maintenance of the application code. With the completion of refactoring, the algorithms were evaluated, validated and compared with previous versions of tool Ramani. With respect to adding features, functionality was added related to data visualization extracted from the selections, as well as sorting criteria to highlight the most relvantes articles taken on a selection. The views, which are the interface with the end user, have also been redone to pass a better tool usage experience.
