Region'ng the AWS Consoles:

	Pushing to switch everything to Session Based Auth.  This will remove the dependency on Virginia except for initial login.

	My ?: How does Session Based Auth keep the Session from being Spoofed?  SSL?

	Pseudo Localization extends all the localized text (with bogus extra characters) and wraps it w/ "[]" and tweeks the text w/ aumlots.

	AWSLoc does all the Localization.

	Allow space for longer text in the UI layout.
