n. 159/2013, non computando l'ammontare dei trattamenti NASpI percepiti dal
richiedente l'ASDI; </span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:
12.0pt;margin-left:0cm'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:Roboto'>b)
l'individuazione di criteri di priorit� nell'accesso in caso di risorse
insufficienti ad erogare il beneficio ai lavoratori nelle condizioni di cui
al c. 2, art. 16, D.Lgs.n. 22/2015;</span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:

gli incrementi dell'ASDI per carichi familiari del lavoratore di cui al c. 3,

le caratteristiche del progetto personalizzato e il sistema degli obblighi e
delle misure conseguenti all'inottemperanza agli impegni in esso previsti;</span></p>

12.0pt;margin-left:0cm'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:Roboto'>f)
i flussi informativi tra i servizi per l'impiego e l'INPS volti ad alimentare
il sistema informativo dei servizi sociali, di cui all'art. 21 L.n. 328/2000,
per il tramite del Casellario dell'assistenza, di cui all'art. 13 D.L.n.
78/2010, conv., con modif., dalla L.n. 122/2010; </span></p>

i controlli per evitare la fruizione indebita della prestazione; </span></p>
