corrispondente riduzione del fondo di cui all'art. 1, c. 107, L.n. 190/2014.</span></p>

12.0pt;margin-left:0cm'><u><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:Roboto'>Si
applicano in via sperimentale esclusivamente per il solo anno 2015</span></u><span

astensione riconosciute nell'anno 2015 medesimo:</span></p>

disposizioni di cui agli artt. 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16 e 24.</span></p>

12.0pt;margin-left:0cm'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:Roboto'>Il <u>riconoscimento
dei benefici per gli anni successivi al 2015</u> � condizionato alla entrata
in vigore di decreti legislativi attuativi dei criteri di delega di cui alla
L.n. 183/2014, che individuino adeguata copertura finanziaria.</span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:
12.0pt;margin-left:0cm'><span style='font-size:13.0pt;font-family:Roboto'>Nel
caso in cui non entrino in vigore i suddetti provvedimenti, a decorrere dal 1�
gennaio 2016 e con riferimento alle giornate di astensione riconosciute a
decorrere dall'anno 2016, le disposizioni modificate dagli artt. 2, 3, 5, 7,
8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 e 16, si applicano nel testo vigente prima dell'entrata
in vigore del D.Lgs.n.80/2015.</span></p>
