Project disabled

I already sent a support ticket, yet no answer. So here I go.

"The project that you’re trying to access has been disabled. Please ask the project owner to raise a support ticket."

So,are you going to enable it back?

First thing, please don’t raise a support ticket AND a thread here. That creates additional unnecessary work for us.

You raised a support ticket on 3rd December and we replied to it on 4th December and enabled your account. It was disabled automatically on 7th December because it was over quota.

You did not do anything at all to download your repositories.

We have stopped support of free accounts and have emailed you more than a month ago. Below is the email:
