Very slow upload/download
We’re making some new and large repositories this week and we’ve noticed we’re getting slow network performance.
e.g. 80kbytes/s sustained upload aka 640kbits/s
Network testing sites show an 8Mbits/s which is what we expect from our comcast
Normally we don’t do such large operations so we don’t see this – is it typical?

Where are you connecting from ? Network speeds depend a lot on carriers and their peers. Most of the time, these are almost out of our control, however, we can try to pin down where the congestion is. We do have monitoring on our platform that detects and severe load issues, and there haven’t been any for a while.
