I’ve been dealing with this issues for months now, and finally decided to investigating it a few weeks ago. I still haven’t been able to come to a conclusion as to what’s causing it, though it tends to lead back to possible issues on the server end. I’m only accomplishing around 80Kbps uploading and 2MB downloading on a 50Mbps connection. I’ve tested a few other svn hosts just to see how performance and on average I achieved 2MBps up and 4MBps down. So I assume the issue isn’t my network configuration or otherwise:

PC Specifications:
Windows 7
AMD Athlon x4 3.0GHz
8GB DDR3 RAM
2TB Sata HD
Nvidia Geforce GTX 550ti

This is happening with all repositories under this account. As my company has new members coming on weekly, needing to download 4GB-10GB repositories to get to work, it’s slowing down development momentum. I’ve been with XP-dev for some time and don’t wish to transition to another provider. Any help getting this issue resolved would be most appreciated; thanks in advance.
