Can't connect by TortoiseSVN 1.6.16 x64

Strange thing, i’m trying to connect to repository to get working copy, but cannot authenticate. I’m sure password is correct, I can freely log in with it, but not through TortoiseSVN. Error message I get:
Checkout from http://xp-dev.com/svn/OGSE_0693/trunk, revision HEAD, Fully recursive, Externals included
OPTIONS of 'http://xp-dev.com/svn/OGSE_0693/trunk': authorization failed: Could not authenticate to server: rejected Basic challenge (http://xp-dev.com)
Requesting assistance :) I thinking also maybe this is a problem x64 version of TortoiseSVN. Will try now to install x86 instead and see what happens.
Everything looks fine on the server, even you are using the correct case for username. The only thing I can think of is that your using the wrong password.
Strange... checked once more, and now I completely don’t understand anything. Now then I access project via browser, sometimes project directories opens, sometimes – asks me for login and password and don’t accepts supplied info. If I cancel password prompt windows and refresh page - directory opens. Maybe project access have password different from my login? This is possible? I’ve changed my account password recently.

Tried x86 version with same result – could not authenticate.
