Permissions
I was wondering if it could be possible to allow us to change a user’s permission instead of removing it and then changing it, although it probably notifies them which is good.
Also could there be a Writer permission w/o SVN writing access so that they could still contribute to bugs and other things like that.
I’ve had this discussion in the past about HTML vs custom markup and I think the ideal situation is to allow anyone to use whichever markup that they’d prefer and have a facility to interchange. I’ve attempted this in the past, but it wasn’t in anger.
Its something that I’ll retry somepoint in the future. I can’t say when though.

At the moment you’ll need to remove the permission and add a new one.
I like the idea of write access without access to the source code. At the moment, you’ll need to create 2 projects if you’d like that amount of granularity. I’ll add a story for this in my current iteration as I can see this as being quite useful.
