How can I moved XP-Dev.com projects issue tracking’s data to other system(Trac)?
and Have you(XP-Dev.com) any plan to reporting tools about project?
Thank you for your answer. It really helped me.
About reporting tools, I looking for a gantt chart or a bugs list printing support or other stats that you said about.

Additional Trac plugins will be support in the future where you will be able to pick & choose which plugins to enable.
Backing up to Amazon S3 costs only $2/month from us (yearly subscription costs less than $20/year), and any additional S3 storage charges that Amazon bills you for.
The other option is to roll out your own by using our API to get a list of your projects & repositories, and using something like svnsync to sync them up. For Git and Mercurial repositories, you can use the regular command line clients to get a full backup.

There’s no easy way at the moment to move your XP-Dev.com tickets to Trac. XP-Dev.com’s API is currently being worked on, so, once that is out it should be easier to migrate between different issue tracking tools.
Having said that, I think I might be able to do some scripting on the server-side. If you’d like that, just raise a support ticket with the XP-Dev.com project and Trac project you’d like to convert from/to. Do note that Trac does not like stories/tasks, so those might be converted to individual issues in Trac.
For reporting tools, are you looking for time reporting ? I.e. answering questions like “number of hours spent in the past week by all my developers in this iteration” ?
