Not yet, this is something that is planned for the future.
You can search your whole project though, but you need to be logged in and have some permissions on a project
Seach functionality is there, but only enabled if you’re permissioned for a project. So, visitors on “public” forums (like this one) can’t use the search functionality. This is something that we will be fixing in the future.

Each user can be permissioned for multiple project, and each project can have multiple users.
