Since the major upgrade that took place on 20th September 2009, plenty of users had queries about the new structure and layout of repositories and projects. Additionally, there were plenty of questions about not being able to access repositories.

This is my fault as I probably should have documented the upgrade to finer detail. The other thing that caught me off guard was the fact that some users did not actually know about the upgrade, as they do not keep up with the blog, or they don’t have a means to do so.

I will try to address the engagement issue by adding email subscriptions to a bi-weekly newsletter which will be announced soon.
