Bug #2: misplaced comments

existing comments on functions get misplaced when attributes are added to a class.

steps to reproduce:
- create a class
- add a function
- add a comment to the function
- add an attribute

Change class name; it is not updated in Project Explorer.

Allow New Class Instance window to be resizable

In a Sequence Diagram I selected the toolbar item ‘Create a new instance of a class’ and the window that appears with title ‘New Class Instance’ is not resizeable. Can you please allow the window to be resized and remember the last position and size of the window so I do not need to resize and reposition it each time?
