Added some hotkeys and stuff and disallowed any interaction with the current date field.

Fixed missing resources. however, the ChangePassword and other related files were not uploaded by Jtheriot in revision 43. This upload only allows us to compile until it is added back in. Be sure to uncomment ChangePass_Click in EmployeeMenu.vb
