I’ve just imported a repository to XP-Dev and when I try to relocate it with TortoiseSVN on my computer I get the following error:
Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in reponse to OPTIONS
request for "http://svn2.xp-dev.com/svn/xxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxx"

If I set the repository to public (which is not desired), then the problem goes away.

You’re logging in as a user that does not have permissions to your repository. Do raise a support ticket if you’d like details.

I solved it by clearing the authentication data in TortoiseSVN.
