I was using a free account named wxcam and I was suddenly unable to connect today. When I tried to reset the password, the web page said the account did not exist. So I created it again, successfully. Now, the original project named AvSpec2_0 is no longer accessible, and I had to create a new one named AvSpec3_0. Is it possible to recover the AvSpec2_0 project? Was I doing something against the terms and conditions?
