I just want to remove the advertisement

I would like to use this service within my company project.
However, other members do not need the extra space for project.
I just want to remove the advertisement from project pages.
Do I need every member’s account updated to pro small version?

Not all members have to upgrade. Usually, you’d create/choose one user that will be upgraded, and create all the projects under that user. Other users would just be permissioned on these projects and should not see ads on the project pages.
