I am an old free user and I created a svn repository before the policy changed and 3 other svn repositories after that. Now, I find myself can only access the oldest one which is locate on svn2.xp-dev.com. And for those new ones on svn.xp-dev.com, I got “Server send unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to PROPFIND request” error. I can access all the 4 svn projects on the web browser, so the authorization should be no problem.
I was able to access all the svn projects a few days ago, so I am wondering if something changed recently.
Thank you for your help!

Problem solved. It is actually the firewall on my side that block the connection. Thank you very much!

I can’t even see your client performing a PROPFIND request in the logs. It might be worth checking if there’s some newly installed security software/proxy/firewall that’s somehow consuming those requests
